Not so creepy?

Just three days ago here I wrote about Wal-Mart and the lawsuit it had won against a former employee. It had exception-to-the-rule written all over it. I'm happy to say that the company has seen the light, perhaps because it has been roundly criticized in newspaper editorials and on cable news shows:
