You say tomato

Had my very favorite tomato sauce (aside from my mother's) today. Vincent's in Little Italy. Just ziti with sauce. It's so rich and red and thick. A party in my mouth.

My friend ordered almost the identical dish, except he had the medium sauce to my sweet.
